Very Good
Very clean. Good range of food at meal times especially breakfast and lunch.
Most staff are friendly but older lifeguard extremely rude. Lifts very small and slow . Long queues at bar in lounge in evenings . Evening entertainment mostly disappointing.

Fabulous staff, cheerful, helpful, and hardworking. Really good food. High standard of cleanliness. Great location. Nice pool area, with plenty of comfortable sun beds.
I would have liked self service machines for soft drinks and water…….. (queuing at the bar for a glass of water is annoying). I didn’t like having to leave the sun terrace at 6pm. It is far too early when you are on holiday. When the sun is cooler it is the best time of day to be relaxing until at least 7pm. (This would be the main reason that I possibly wouldn’t return). The early check in fee is a bit cheeky. The rooms aren’t ready, but you need to pay extra to get a drink and some food while waiting for the room to be ready (I have never experienced this in an all inclusive hotel before).

Good
Although the hotel is not located close to the beach, it is quite convenient with a lot of parking spots around and within walking distance from the public beach, cafes, and restaurants.
The hotel should urgently repair their elevators. They are in extremely poor condition with the absence of air ventilation. The elevators vibrate while ascending and moving slow.
